The Latin American Society of Operators of Maritime Oil Terminals and Monobuoys (SLOM) organizes the ‘XVII Conference of Operators of Maritime Oil Terminals and Monobuoys’, from October 5 to 7, 2022 at the Estelar Cartagena de Indias Hotel & Convention Center in the city from Cartagena, Colombia.
[post_relacionado]In this context, in the Tech Talking program on Wednesday, September 21, Captain Ricardo Izquierdo, president of the Latin American Society of Maritime Oil Terminal Operators and Monobuoys, will accompany us to talk about the importance of the SLOM Conference for the maritime sector port.
The Left Captain is a professional in Nautical Sciences with a Master’s in Management of the Hydrocarbons Industry. He has more than 35 years of experience in the maritime and port sector covering various Port Engineering projects. Currently, he also performs functions as CEO and Commercial Director of the maritime company RECUMAR SAS.
In this episode of Tech Talking, Izquierdo will talk about the creation of the SLOM, its objective of promoting integration spaces, exchanging information and expertise between companies, operators and other professionals from Latin American ports and maritime terminals to continue operating safely and efficient.
