Carestream NDT has announced the global availability of its new HPX-ARC 1025 PH digital detector, a device specially designed to facilitate the inspection of components with curved geometries and limited access. The device, part of its INDUSTREX line, marks an evolution in nondestructive testing. non-destructive testing by allowing curvature of up to 2 inches in diameter while maintaining high image quality.
A digital detector with adaptability for demanding environments
Thanks to its slim and flexible design, the detector adapts to the most challenging conditions without compromising accuracy. With a capture area of 10 x 25 cm, it can cover common applications in industrial inspectionespecially in weldspipelines and aerospace structures. Its light weight and ability to fit into tight spaces represent a technical advantage over traditional, more rigid panels.

On HPX-ARC 1025 PH has been developed to integrate seamlessly with the INDUSTREX software platform, enabling unification of computed and digital radiography processes. This compatibility facilitates immediate deployment in industrial environments already using Carestream solutions.
The new detector extends the reach of digital radiography by enabling its use in scenarios that were previously unfeasible due to the physical limitations of the equipment. Now, tasks such as inspection of tight corners, curved components or complex assemblies can be performed with greater agility and confidence.
