In this context, they emphasized that their products are not standard, but rather <strong>offshore buoys <\/strong>designed specifically for each operation, with a high level of technical customization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Centralized design and global production<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Monobuoy has its <strong>design center in Monaco<\/strong>, where mooring solutions are conceptualized and developed. At the same time, <strong>manufacturing <\/strong>takes place at a shipyard in <strong>Dubai<\/strong>, a strategic choice that combines <strong>technical capacity<\/strong>, experience in <a href=\"https:\/\/inspenet.com\/en\/articulo\/smart-automated-offshore-oil-platforms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>offshore projects<\/strong><\/a>, and logistical proximity to important regions such as <strong>the Middle East<\/strong>, where they have already executed projects for operators such as <strong>Aramco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Collaboration with a shipyard that understands our <strong>technical requirements <\/strong>is key to maintaining <strong>consistency <\/strong>in every unit we manufacture,&#8221; explained Hawerroth, who also highlighted that this synergy allows them to meet <strong>demanding schedules <\/strong>even in complex operating environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Adaptive engineering developed in-house<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A distinctive feature of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monobuoy.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Monobuoy<\/strong><\/a> is its ability to offer <strong>highly customized solutions<\/strong>, designed based on <strong>structural variables<\/strong>, <strong>marine environment<\/strong> conditions, and monitoring system integration requirements. Thanks to the in-house development of <strong>telemetry<\/strong> modules, the company can adapt protocols and add components such as <strong>CCTV cameras <\/strong>according to each customer&#8217;s specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;The <strong>small size <\/strong>of our team facilitates <strong>direct communication <\/strong>with the customer, which speeds up decision-making throughout the project cycle,&#8221; said Collard. Although they already have operational units in <strong>Canada <\/strong>and <strong>Colombia<\/strong>, the current goal is <strong>to expand their project portfolio <\/strong>in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the most relevant examples is the <strong>installation carried out for ASENSA <\/strong>in Colombia. Despite the <strong>logistical challenges <\/strong>arising from the pandemic, the project was delivered without significant setbacks, consolidating itself as an <strong>operational validation <\/strong>of Monobuoy&#8217;s approach in the Latin American context.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;It was our first system in the region and allowed us to verify that we can adapt our processes to its specific conditions. We want <strong>to scale that experience <\/strong>to other countries,&#8221;<\/p>\n<cite>said Collard.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compliance and alignment with international standards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Monobuoy&#8217;s <strong>technical adaptability <\/strong>is also reflected in its willingness to adjust to the regulatory frameworks defined by different <strong>classification entities<\/strong>.
