In an outstanding addition to its global fleet, Woodside has welcomed its latest liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier, the Scarlet Ibis . This new addition recently completed its maiden voyage from the construction yard in South Korea to the Pluto LNG facility located in Karratha, Western Australia, marking an important milestone for the company.

The Scarlet becomes the seventh long-term charter vessel to join Woodside’s fleet. Woodside. In addition, four other vessels are expected to join this fleet by 2026 in preparation for the start of the Scarborough Energy Project.
