Tesla announces that two of its Optimus humanoid robots are performing work autonomously in one of its main factories. This is the first time Tesla robots have operated without human intervention in a production environment.

Elon Musk has hinted that the Optimus Gen 2 robot could be available for sale next year, with an estimated cost of “less than half the cost of a car,” which would equate to approximately $25,000. This affordable price could revolutionize the personal and industrial robotics market.
