This ingenious device is capable of preparing and baking up to 80 pizzas per hour, all without the need for intervention from a chef. From dough to delivery to the customer, the robot performs each task with precision thanks to a team of 28 engineers who dedicated seven years to its development. Co-founder Sébastien Roberso highlighted the complexity of the project, mentioning that “it wasn’t just a robot that was built; an entire automated ecosystem was developed, including ovens and washing systems.”
