Dynagas, the Greek company specialized in the transport of liquefied natural gas (LNG), informed through its social networks that it has added to its fleet the Clean Mistral, an LNG carrier with a capacity of 196,000 cubic meters. The new vessel was built by Hyundai Heavy Industries at its shipyard in Ulsan, South Korea.
Under the flag of Malta and classified by Bureau Veritasthe Clean Mistral measures 299.80 meters overall length and 48.90 meters beam. It is designed to operate in extreme conditions, including arctic routes, thanks to its experience in transporting in icy environments.
