Chevron, a U.S. energy giant, has finalized an agreement to hire and lease its first hybrid electric tanker to its fleet.
This ship is intended to supply fuel to other vessels, operated by V-Bunkers, a specialized bunker subsidiary of Vitol, a Singapore-based energy and commodities firm.
