CelsiusTech has officially taken delivery of the liquefied natural gas (LNG) carrier “Celsius Galapagos” from South Korea, an addition that brings the total number of units in its active fleet to 12. The delivery was made by Samsung Heavy Industries and reinforces the company’s commitment to sustainable and safe logistics in the LNG sector.

The “Celsius Galapagos“with a capacity of 180,000 cubic meters, is part of an acquisition program that includes nine other vessels under construction. Three of them are also being built in South Korea, while the remaining six are being built by China Merchants Heavy Industries.
