Cartken, a company founded by former Google engineers and recognized for its autonomous robot technology, has officially launched the Cartken Hauler , a solution designed to transform materials handling in mixed-use spaces. Unlike traditional vehicles, the Hauler combines AI navigation, perception sensors, and all-terrain traction.
The Hauler can carry up to 300 kg on flat surfaces and 250 kg on slopes , with a 16-hour runtime and recharging in just 4 hours. It’s equipped with omnidirectional navigation, operates without infrastructure, and can be deployed in less than a week. It also includes versions with thermal compartments controlled between -80°C and +100°C.

The skills of the autonomous robot Hauler
This autonomous robot operates reliably on surfaces such as uneven concrete, grass, or carpet, even under adverse weather conditions between -20°C and 50°C. Its sensor system allows it to operate 24 hours a day, adapting to its surroundings and safely sharing space with people.
Cartken points out that many industrial facilities rely on AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) or AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots), whose capabilities are typically limited to flat indoor environments. In contrast, Hauler requires no special infrastructure and adapts to uneven terrain, ramps, and extreme climates.
Applications in multiple industries
Cartken Hauler is already attracting the attention of sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, pharmaceutical logistics, and corporate centers, where a robust, flexible, and rapidly integrated transport solution is required.
