Although Astribot’s website still shows specifications of the previous model, the video suggests significant improvements to its head module and a redesigned chest, adaptations that appear to have been key to enhancing its abilities.
Although the video shows impressive demonstrations, the company has remained tight-lipped on technical details. However, the video does highlight the S1’s ability to execute tasks without the need for teleoperation, which reinforces its potential for the home robot market. The company is expected to begin marketing the robot later this year.
