Agnikul Cosmos presented the largest single-piece rocket engine ever built. It was made entirely of Inconel by additive manufacturing, this propellant reaches one meter in length and was produced in a single operation without welds, joints or fasteners from the fuel inlet to the nozzle outlet.

This development also expands on the company’s previous success, which had manufactured and flight-tested a monoblock engine. The new version exceeds its predecessors in size and also integrates greater structural complexity and considerably higher weight, demonstrating the feasibility of manufacturing complete engines with a single production cycle.
