Mitsui OSK Lines (MOL) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Madoqua and other global companies to develop a green maritime corridor that will connect Portugal with Northern Europe . This ambitious project seeks to transform maritime transport through low-emission solutions and the use of alternative fuels.
Maritime sustainability with the green maritime corridor
The collaboration between MOL and Madoqua highlights the integration of green technologies in the maritime sector . The green corridor will facilitate the transport of green hydrogen, ammonia and e-methanol, produced by Madoqua at its innovative Green Fuels Terminal in Sines, Portugal. MOL will contribute its logistics expertise to ensure safe and efficient transport, using zero-emission vessels.
