Rich Shannon, Vice President of Sales and co-founder of Viper Imaging, brings over two decades of expertise in thermal and spectral analysis. Holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from UNC-Charlotte and a Level III Thermographer certification, Shannon is recognized for his depth of knowledge and experience in working with industrial process monitoring.
