Filipe Santana is Operational Process Manager to Offshore and Marine Terminals at Transpetro and the former Engineering Adviser at OCIMF, leading global decarbonization initiatives and representing industry before IMO, EU, USCG, and EPA. With an MIT Data Science specialization and top honors from UFRJ in Naval and Ocean Engineering, he was elected President of SLOM (2025–2028).
