Tindo Solar has announced the launch of its new Walara solar panels, consolidating its leadership in Australian residential solar technology. The company is introducing two new models: a standard 440 W panel and an all-black 475 W version, both certified by the Clean Energy Council (CEC).

Walara panels are manufactured with N-type cellscells, a technology that offers greater energy efficiency and longer life. These panels also feature a larger solar cell and a 16-busbar structure, which improves current distribution and reduces energy loss.
[post_relacionado]Designed and assembled in Australia, the new Walara panels have undergone rigorous environmental testing, including cyclone resistance, hail impact and operation in extreme thermal conditions. The manufacturing process includes seven control stages that ensure an extremely low failure rate: 1 per 200,000 units.
The 475 W model, in full black with no visible joints, not only aims for superior performance but also for aesthetic integration into residential roofs. This design was developed based on direct feedback from customers and installers, seeking to combine efficiency with architectural elegance.
Richard Petterson, CEO of Tindo, noted that the development of the Walara line is the result of joint work between its internal engineering teams, industry partners and research institutions. Walara means “smart” and “bright” in the Kaurna language, reflecting the spirit of the product and the company’s Australian identity.
The 440 W Walara solar panel is available through selected distributors. The black 475 W version will hit the market in September, strengthening Tindo’s offering in the competitive high-performance residential rooftop solar sector.
