Technology holding company Hyperscale Data announces the advancement of its data center campus located in Michigan will reach a total operating capacity of 340 megawatts by 2029. This infrastructure is geared to support intensive artificial intelligence, machine learning and high-performancecomputing (HPC) loads.
The plan for the progressive growth of data centers
The facility currently operates with 30 MW in operation. The company plans to expand that capacity to 70 MW in the next 20 months. Subsequently, it plans to add an additional 270 MW to reach the planned total by the third quarter of 2029.

Alliance Cloud Services, a subsidiary of Hyperscale Data, has preliminarily agreed with the local electricity provider to increase capacity to 300 MW. The final charter is under negotiation and will be key to the full development.
The campus is located on a 14-hectare site and generates revenue from both co-location services and digital asset mining. It is designed to scale efficiently in the face of AI-driven data processing growth.

In order to keep options open for financing its initiatives, Hyperscale Data recently filed a $125 million filing. While it does not plan to use it immediately, this action allows the company to maneuver in the capital markets during the construction process.
The company plans to supply an additional 40 MW of natural gas, expanding its range of energy sources and reducing operational risk. These developments strengthen its position in a rapidly evolving sector with investments in data infrastructure.
Hyperscale Data also aims to complete the divestiture of its subsidiary Ault Capital Group by the end of 2025. This will mark its ultimate move to an organization focused exclusively on data center operations. data center operations and services linked to HPC and artificial intelligence.
The Michigan project is part of a strategy that aligns with global trends, such as the growing demand for high-density data centers. With a defined schedule and agreements in place, the company is positioning itself as a relevant player in the future of digital infrastructure.
