Hithium, a global leader in energy storage solutions, has announced the successful implementation of the largest BESS project in Eastern Europe. Located in Razlog, Bulgaria, this 55 MWh system, developed in collaboration with Solarpro, marks a significant step forward in the transition to cleaner and more sustainable energy sources in the region in the region.
The BESS project uses Hithium ∞Block 3.44MWh energy storage containers equipped with Hithium prismatic lithium ferrophosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of 280 Ah and a long cyclic lifetime. This technology ensures high performance, long service life, low levelized cost of storage (LCOS) and increased safety, making it an ideal solution for large-scale applications.
