A new RCT technology that reduces risks

This control system allows both line-of-sight and remote control operations, increasing flexibility and safety in the handling of explosive materials. The solutions of this technology have eliminated the need for personnel to perform quality control and manual loading of blast holes.

David Wright, RCT’s Custom Manager, highlighted the uniqueness of this project, noting that the challenge was successfully addressed by his team specializing in custom solutions. “This is the first time we have implemented remote control on a vehicle of this type for an operation of this magnitude,” Wright commented, highlighting the innovative nature of the project. As for the technical execution, Wright explained, “We were able to use the standard loader code, integrating it into the machine and establishing effective communication with the machine.”
