He has served as vice minister of energy in the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru and is currently president of H 2 Peru (Peruvian Hydrogen Association), Deputy Country Manager of the ENGIE Group in Peru and Commercial Vice President of ENGIE Energía Peru.
In this webinar, Dr. Camac will explain environmental decarbonization, the feasibility of replacing fossil fuels with clean energy, green hydrogen, and electrolysis as a solution, among other interesting topics.
“Why do we decarbonize? Obviously, as we all know, this code red for humanity has already been launched due to income, due to increasing global warming, and it is precisely in this decade that we have now entered, we need to take actions to mitigate this growth, there is a commitment of countries, companies and in general of human beings. What we seek is always to be within the plant of a maximum growth of global warming of 1.5 degrees Celsius (…) there is a growing need to decarbonise entities and transition to what is known as the carbon neutral economy”, he explains.
