Institutional energy platform Nexwell Power has signed a new series of power purchase agreements with a US technology company. With this expansion, a total supply of approximately 5 TWh of clean electricity is planned through 2040.
Nexwell Power’s extension of PPA contracts
All this capacity will be supplied from solar facilities located in Aragon, Spain, which will reach 105 MWp, once operational in 2027. When adding the production from Aragon and assets in Andalusia, Nexwell Power estimates that it will reach the 145 MWp operational committed under the PPA.
[post_relacionado]This supply is designed to support large data centers and industrial operations, guaranteeing a stable, low price and aligned with the customer’s climate objectives. In addition, the use of energy storage is contemplated to increase grid flexibility and reliability.

The environmental impact of the integrated supply will contribute to avoiding nearly 2 million metric tons of CO₂ emissions. This breakthrough strengthens Aragon’s role as an emerging node in renewable-powered technology infrastructure, positioning Nexwell Power as a supplier in the transition to a decarbonized economy.
